Anna Knight (She/They) - Founder of The Audacious And
I'm Anna Knight, founder of The Audacious And! I’m a leadership coach for anyone making a difference through their work. I want you to have the biggest impact you can and a life full of peace, ease and joy.
My journey from NHS dropout to the pink-haired sassypants I am now was created through audaciously challenging how things “should be done” and finding ways that work in the chaos of real life. For me, that sometimes means naps and homecooked meals, and other days it means scrambling down riverbanks to look at an awesome tree or geeking out about something new!
Unlike some coaches, I'm never going to sell you a transformation into a "brand new you" because I know something much more powerful. You don't need to transform, because you're already pretty flippin awesome, exactly as you are. Yes, even that part of you. AND THAT ONE. The world needs you, flaws and all, and what you need are practical tools to help you shine... sustainably.
I've logged over 4000 hours of coaching people just like you to turn their challenges into self-defined success! From medics, teachers and artists, to entrepreneurs and community gardeners, I've supported people from all backgrounds and professions to love themselves enough to do things differently. It’s ideal for heart and purpose led entrepreneurs with a drive for impact who seek a nurturing environment to grow alongside like-minded individuals.
Is there a paid version of the membership?
Yes there is. The £10 monthly membership includes access to all online events plus the replays, so you can catch up on valuable insights anytime. For £37 a month, you'll get everything in the online membership, plus access to in-person networking events – a perfect option for those who value face-to-face connections.

Can I attend in-person events without a £37 membership?
Our in-person events are part of the £37 per month membership plan, which also includes online access and replays. However, you can buy a guest pass to give you a chance to experience our events and consider membership. Keep an eye out for announcements!
